Hereinafter referred to as “TRE” (TeleResource Exchange, a Division of Blink Session LLC) and “Customer” respectively (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). The Customer and TRE agree to the following Terms of Use. Herein, “Customer” applies to individuals with a TRE buyer account.
