This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Plaintiffs Vincent Settecasi and Marshall Maor (“Named Plaintiffs”) on behalf of themselves and the members of the Settlement Class (as hereinafter defined) and Defendants Ark Restaurants Corp., Ark Bryant Park LLC, Ark Bryant Park Southwest, LLC, Michael Weinstein, and the other related entities named in Section 1.10 below (collectively, “Defendants,” and together with Named Plaintiffs, the “Parties”).
