This Agreement is the contract of deposit that covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Membership and Account(s) offered to you. In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean anyone who signs the Membership Application. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Telco Plus Credit Union (“Credit Union”). The word “account” means any one or more share or other accounts you have with the Credit Union. The classification and ownership of your accounts are designated on your Membership Application
