This Operations and Maintenance Agreement (“Agreement”), is entered into as of this 30th day of March, 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between American Water Operations and Maintenance, Inc., a Texas corporation (“AWO&M”) with its principal place of business at 1025 Laurel Oak Road, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043 and the City of Santa Paula, California (“CITY”). AWO&M and CITY are sometimes herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
