Bull License Agreement for Machine Code

This License Agreement applies to all Machine Code provided for the Covered Machine (or Upgrade, as applicable) and all Machine Code regardless of whether Licensee acquires the Covered Machine (or Upgrade, as applicable) from Bull, an authorized Bull reseller, or another party. With respect to Machine Code provided for an Upgrade, this License Agreement also replaces all license agreement(s) for Machine Code previously provided for the Machine receiving the Upgrade. Any reference to the "Bull Agreement for Licensed Internal Code" in an agreement between Licensee and Bull means this License Agreement.
