This Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Consultant Services is entered into this day of December, 2018 by and between the City of Snoqualmie, a Washington municipal corporation (“City”) and Gray and Osborne, Inc., a Washington corporation (“Consultant”). City and Consultant are collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
