This INDEPENDENT INFLUENCER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is by and between you, the individual applying via the Mavrck Platform to perform certain Services (“Influencer”), and Spectrum Brands Pet LLC, a New York corporation (“SPB”), having an address at 1 Rider Trail Plaza Drive, Ste. 300, Earth City, MO 63045. This Agreement is dated and shall be effective on the date that you electronically sign your name and click “Confirm” to indicate your acceptance to the terms of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”).
