THIRD-PARTY COST-SHARING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLICDecember 21st, 2016
WHEREAS the Donor hereby agrees to contribute funds to UNDP on a cost-sharing basis (hereinafter referred to as “the Contribution”) for the implementation of the project Public and Private Finances for Development (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”), as described in the Project document 00100708 “Public and Private Finance for Development” and submitted to the Donor for information and approval. The Donor acknowledges that the primary purpose of providing resources is their transfer to the UNDP for the “Public and Private Finances for Development” Project. The Contribution and any further instalments to the UNDP account under this CSA and amendments (as specified in the CSA) will fulfil the purpose of official development assistance (or ODA).
