This agreement (the “AGREEMENT”) is entered into by and between the undersigned participant in the RxSpark Affiliate Partner Program (“PARTNER” or “You”) and PS Deals, Inc. dba RxSpark (“RxSpark” or “RXS”) and effective the date of its acceptance by RxSpark.
