day of July, 2021, by and between the City of Rochelle, an Illinois Municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), by and through its Mayor and City Council (herein the “Corporate Authorities”), and Rochelle Solar, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as the “Beneficial Owner”). The City and the Beneficial Owner shall be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
