These Commercial Terms & Order Form are entered into by and between Qudini Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08121501 whose registered office is at 21 Worship Street, London, EC2A 2DW (‘Qudini’) and the Client identified below as of the Effective Date (as set forth below) and incorporate the Enterprise SaaS Terms attached as Schedule 1 hereto (“Enterprise SaaS Terms”) and the Service Availability, Maintenance and Support Services (“SAMSSs”) attached as Schedule 2 hereto (collectively, Schedules 1 and 2, the “Schedules”, and together with these Commercial Terms & Order Form, the “Agreement”).
