Station for a period of two years ( 730 days ) at the rate of Rs.2,940.00 + applicable service tax per day and total value of Rs. 21,46,200.00 ( Rs. twenty one lakh forty six thousand and two hundred only ) + applicable service tax for total manpower, machinery and consumables has been accepted. Please arrange to carry out the work from 01.09.2016 to 31.08.2018 as per the terms and conditions already notified vide this office tender Notice No. V/MD.5 / Contracts / GUV/ 16-18, Dt. 26.02.2016. The cleaning schedule, deployment of manpower, uniforms to the staff employed etc. as mentioned in the tender conditions should be strictly followed.
