The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory employment relations betweenthe Employer and the Association. It provides means for the settlement of grievances and for the final settlement of disputes. It is recognized that nurses wish to work co-operatively with the Employerto provide the best possible community health services.
