These Reseller Order Form Terms and Conditions are part of the Order Form executed by Reseller with PeopleGuru, Inc. which, together with the online Reseller Master Agreement found at: http://legal.peopleguru.com/ResellerMA.pdf, constitute the agreement between the parties (referred to collectively as the “Agreement”). The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the date the Order Form is fully executed by both parties and shall not be cancellable by Reseller prior to the First Anniversary Date as defined below.
