day of , 202 4 (the “Effective Date”), by and among LENNAR CAROLINAS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lennar” or “Developer”), the COUNTY OF GASTON, a North Carolina County, a body politic and corporate (hereinafter sometimes also referred to as “Gaston County” or the “County”) and THE CITY OF LOWELL, a municipal corporation, created, organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of North Carolina (the “City”). Developer, the County and the City may be collectively referred to herein as “Parties.”
