This agreement is made and entered into this 1st day of January 2021, by and between St. Luke's Hospital, a Minnesota corporation, of Duluth, MN, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Council 5 of Duluth, Minnesota, representing employees in those classifications covered by this agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Union." The parties agree to the following provisions covering wages, hours and working conditions, which express the full and complete understanding of the parties pertaining to all terms and conditions of employment during the period of this agreement.
