LITTLE ELM, TEXAS (“Town” or “Owner”), dated , 2009. The following terms and conditions supplement and modify the “Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect,” AIA Document B101-2007, and the “General Conditions of the Contract for Construction,” AIA Document A201-2007, which is incorporated by reference in AIA Document B101-2007. Where a portion of AIA Documents B101-2007 or A201-2007 are modified or deleted by these Supplementary Conditions, the unaltered portions of AIA Documents B101-2007 or A201-2007 shall remain in effect.
