Firestone Building Products Company, LLC (“Firestone”), located at 200 4th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37201, warrants to the owner (“Owner”) named below that Firestone, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth herein, warrants for as long as the original owner (“Owner”) named below that the Firestone PondGard membrane (“PondGard”) is fish friendly and that should any area of the PondGard experience a leak due to normal weathering or a manufacturing defect in the PondGard, Firestone will provide sufficient replacement PondGard membrane to repair the affected area.
