This Supplemental Agreement is made and entered into this 18th day of February, 2019, by and between the Town of Munster, acting by and through its Board of Public Works, hereinafter referred to as the “LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY”, and Robinson Engineering Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the “CONSULTANT”.
