The City of Placentia (“City”) seeks proposals from qualified firms for On-call Civil Engineering services in support of various capital improvement projects. The City desires to establish a list of up to five (5) design consultants with outstanding reputation, capacity, knowledge, and proven track-records to provide the City with on-call civil engineering services, surveying, and professional consulting related services.
