THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Development Agreement”) is made this 26th day of July, 2021 between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation (hereinafter called the “Seller”) and Jignesh Patel, an individual (hereinafter called the “Purchaser”). Seller and Purchaser are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
