This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (“Department”), and Independent School District No. 861, Winona Area Public Schools (“District”). The Department and the District are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”
