By signing Cushion Fun Soft Play Short List Hire Agreement on the day/date of your hire, you the “Hirer” will be entering into a Legal Contract with Miss Bernadette Michaela Hilda Hodder trading as Cushion Fun Soft Play Hire. You the “Hirer” are agreeing to abide by both the Full Terms and Conditions set out by Cushion Fun in the Full Hire Agreement version (sent via email) detailed below and the Short List Hire Agreement provided by Cushion Fun on the day/date of your hire. The contract commences when instructions have been received from the hirer and are accepted by Cushion Fun Soft Play Hire and terminates when all parties have discharged their contractual obligations.
