This agreement is made and entered into by and between the Trustees of the California State University by their duly qualified Chancellor (CSU) and California State University Channel Islands Foundation (Auxiliary) serving California State Univeristy Channel Islands (Campus). The term of this agreement shall be July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2035.
