Appendix B Fyber Global Data Protection Addendum for Demand Partners

This Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements, supersedes, and forms part of any existing and currently valid agreement ("Agreement"), either previously or concurrently, entered by and between Fyber Media GmbH and/or Fyber Monetization Ltd. (as applicable) (each, "Fyber") and the company or business that has been using the Service provided by Fyber (“Demand Partner”) under the applicable Agreement. Each party to this Addendum will also be referred to as a “Party” and together – the “Parties”. This Addendum reflects the Parties’ agreement on the Processing of Personal Data in connection with the Service. This Addendum takes effect as of the Effective Date of the Agreement entered between Demand Partner and Fyber. In case of any conflict between a provision of this Addendum and the Agreement, or any previous data protection agreement entered between the Parties, the provisions of this Addendum will prevail.
