The purpose of this Memorandum of Agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of Albany (“City”) and the East Bay Regional Park District (“District”) is to identify and agree upon the mutual obligations and purpose of City implementation and funding of burrowing owl habitat and public access improvements on the Albany Plateau in Eastshore State Park.
