This BetterUp Enterprise Software-as-a-Service Agreement, including all exhibits attached hereto, (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Order Effective Date by and between the company listed in the Order and its Affiliates (“Company”) and BetterUp, Inc. (“BetterUp”) (each a “Party” and collectively “Parties”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
