This Independent Contractor Agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective as of March 29, 2019, by and between Crawford Central School District (the "Recipient"), of 11280 Mercer Pike, Meadville, Pennsylvania 16335, and Nicholas J Price (the "Contractor"), of 3108 WASHINGTON AVE, ERIE, Pennsylvania 16508. In this Agreement, the party who is contracting to receive the services shall be referred to as "Recipient", and the party who will be providing the services shall be referred to as "Contractor."
