Autos d’Or Rent a Car S.LU. (hereinafter ‘the rental company’) rents the 125cc moped and/or scooter mentioned in the agreement (hereinafter ‘the vehicle’) to the person/people identified in the agreement as the driver (hereinafter ‘the renting party), pursuant to the clauses, terms and conditions contained in the document and in relation to the current price list (a copy of which is available at the rental centre) and for the price agreed in the rental agreement, depending on the price category chosen.
