This Contract (hereafter referred to as Contract), including all attachments, amendments and subsequently issued change orders, comprises the entire agreement between the City of Seattle (Seattle) and the Contractor. The City’s Change Orders, Purchase Orders, Vendor Offer including all attachments, Addendum to the Bid (if any), the ITB specifications, the ITB instructions and ITB Attachments, are explicitly included in this Contract. Where there are conflicts between these documents, the controlling document will be in that same sequence, with the first taking priority over the last listed.
