This Statement of Services (“SOS”) effective February 27, 2018 (“Effective Date”) by and between Exigis, LLC., a New York Limited Liability Company of 1120 Avenue of the Americas Floor 4, New York, NY 10036 (“Exigis”) and the City of Chino Hills, CA located at 14000 City Center Drive Chino Hills, CA 91709 (“Customer”), pursuant to the Master Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated February 27, 2018. The initial term of Services of this SOS shall be for a period of three (3) years commencing on the Effective Date, with the option of being extended in advance and in writing by the City Manager of Chino Hills for an additional two (2) one‐year renewal options.
