This Construction Agreement is entered into between the WARDI Relief and Development Initiatives, in [XXX], [Address of the Organization], represented by [Name, Title of Chairman of the organization etc.] (hereinafter referred to as “WARDI”), and [name of company] of [address], in [country], represented by [Name, Title of the representative of the Contractor], (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”). WARDI and the Contractor are also referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
