The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain for the Employer, the Union and the the full benefits of orderly collective bargaining, an method of settling differences which may arise between the parties, and to set forth satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages, for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
