THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of San Diego (“CITY”) and the California Center for Sustainable Energy, a California 501(c)(3) Not-for- Profit corporation (“CCSE”). The City and CCSE are also each individually referred to herein as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
