The Ballston Spa Central School District (“District”), having determined that the Ballston Spa Administrative Council (“Council”) is supported by a majority of the Principals, Assistant Principals, and Director of Physical Education, Health, in a unit composed of such personnel, hereby recognizes the Ballston Spa Administrative Council as the exclusive negotiation agent for the employees in such unit.
