This Project Agreement (agreement) is hereby made and entered into by and between GILA COUNTY, hereinafter referred to as “COOPERATOR,” and the USDA, Forest Service, TONTO NATIONAL FOREST, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” as specified under the authority and provisions of the Cooperative Forest Road Agreement #10-RO-11031200-006 and Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000, Public Law 106-393, 16 U.S.C. 500, as reathorized and amended, executed between the parties on September 30, 2009.
