TRIP TERMS & CONDITIONSThe Rental Agreement shall be subject to all the following provisions and by selecting / clicking on the terms & conditions on the web / mobile / email /SMS application, the Renter acknowledges that he/she is bound by them all. 1. DELIVERY AND RETURNThe Renter acknowledges that he/she has received the vehicle from Insta Car Rental LLC (hereafter referred to as the Owner) in good roadworthy condition for personal use only. The Renter shall return the car with all the documents and accessories in the same condition. If the vehicle is used in breach of this agreement, Renter hereby accepts that the Owner can repossess the vehicle at any time without any notice and at Renter’s expense.
