In preparation for critical engineering and environmental work program needs for the upcoming fiscal year, Public Works has negotiated a new independent contractor agreement for the fiscal year with GeoSyntec Consultants, Inc. This is the final contract renewal; we will initiate requests for proposals for the next cycle of engineering services in the spring of 2006. The agreement and scope of work are attached for your consideration.
