This Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which the Store Value Prepaid MasterCard has been issued to you by The Bancorp Bank, Wilmington, Delaware (the “The Bancorp Bank” or “Issuer”). The Issuer is an FDIC insured member institution. “Card” means the Store Value Prepaid MasterCard issued to you by The Bancorp Bank. By accepting and using the Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. “Card Account” means the records we maintain to account for the value of claims associated with the Card.
