This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Byrne Software Technologies, 16091 Swingley Ridge Road, Suite 200, Chesterfield, MO 63017 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and City of Lincoln (hereinafter “City”), for the purpose of amending the Agreement dated October 26, 2018, executed under City Executive Order No. 92430, for Accela Support and Consulting, which is made a part hereof by this reference.
