Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund Financing ContractFinancing Contract • December 12th, 2019
This financing contract (“Contract”), dated as of the date the Contract is fully executed, is made by the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority of the Business Development Department (“OBDD”), and the City of Cannon Beach (“Recipient”) for financing of the project referred to above and described in Exhibit C (“Project”). This Contract becomes effective only when fully signed and approved as required by applicable law. Capitalized terms not defined in section 1 and elsewhere in the body of the Contract have the meanings assigned to them by Exhibit A.
