Subject to the provisions of clause 2 following, the Lessor, acting pursuant to section 70B of the Act, hereby grants a lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby accepts a lease of the Land described in Item 1 of Schedule A, from the commencement date, at the annual rent, for the term, and for the permitted use, all as described in Schedule A, and on the terms and conditions set out in Schedule B.
