ISA Ref: LP004/OS - Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust PURPOSE To create a system for the formal exchange of information and intelligence between the Police and Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, with the intention to prevent, detect, and/or reduce crime and anti-social behaviour within Lincolnshire.In relation to crisis negotiation, Lincolnshire Police encounter infrequent serious incidents where a possible hostage taking situation might occur (for example failed robberies etc...) or in suicide intervention/prevention incidents. One purpose of this agreement is to facilitate the timely and appropriate sharing of personal information concerning members of the public/patients/service users past or present in order to help protect the vital interests of the data subject themselves in such incidents or to help protect the wider public in an emergency situation.
