This LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective as of the date first purchased (the “Effective Date”), by and between Ultralight, Inc., having an address at 15822 Jamie Lee Drive, Houston, Texas 77095 (“Ultralight Inc”) and Licensee (“Licensee”). Ultralight Inc and Licensee are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as a “Party”.
