This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Midwest Service and Sales Co., 602 Road 5, Schuyler, NE 68661 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated November 5, 2021 executed under City Executive Order No. 96029, and County Contract C-21-0785, dated November 9, 2021 for Annual Supply – Grader Blades, Bid No. 21-172, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
