To outline in a clear and unambiguous manner the roles and responsibilities of Wicklow Travellers’ Group Clg, as the host organisation, and Co Wicklow Public Participation Network with regard to the delivery of the PPN structures and activities as outlined in The Public Participation Networks Handbook (DRCD, Dec 2020) and in accordance with all DRCD Circulars in relation to the operation of PPNs
