THIS AGREEMENT made as of the date written below by and between Greene County, Virginia, a government entity, hereinafter referred to as CLIENT, doing business at 40 Celt Rd., P.O. Box 358, Stanardsville, VA 22973, and Mission Critical Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as “PROVIDER”, both hereinafter also referred to individually and collectively as “Party” or “Parties.”
