According to Operational grid (Official Gazette of RS Nr. 49/07) the responsibility of TSO is to buy/sell electrical energy in order to fulfil the needs of the operation of the electric power system. In order to ensure undisturbed operation of the Slovenian electric power system the Parties hereby conclude the following General Contract for Sale and Purchase of Electric Energy (herein after: The Contract).
