This Fareless System Initiative Community College Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of March 21, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, a California county transportation authority existing under the authority of §§ 130050.2 et seq. of the California Public Utilities Code (“LACMTA”) and Cerritos Community College District, a public community college district organized under the laws of the State of California, (the “District”) (sometimes referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
