This end user license agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between BCK Solutions S.r.l., a corporation organized under the laws of Italy with its principal office located in Sant’Agnello (NA), in Italy (“BCKS”) and the customer which has signified its acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Customer"). BCKS retains the right to utilize its affiliated companies in pursuing any of its rights and fulfilling any of its obligations under this Agreement.
